Bimaterial Injection

Injection with two different materials at the same time but with different properties and / or colours, achieving high quality joints directly from the mould, without the need of further processing. The multicomponent injection is progressively more demanded in several industry sectors.

When two different materials are injected at the same time, production costs are lower because there’s no need of post-processing, reducing the unitary cost considerably.

The quality of the final product is much higher than for an assembled product, since the materials are bonded at intermolecular level, in the same way as if it was a single material.
