Engineering Department
With its own Engineering Department, Auxiliares Onil integrates all fields involved in the thermoplastic part development process.
The Engineering Department provides technical support to our customers in the development phase of any new project: CAD design, materials assessment and recommendations, Finite Element Modelling (FEM) and structural analysis as well as prototyping and sampling. Its job continues during the production phase, providing technical support to the Production Department.
Our engineers come from high-end industries such as Aerospace and Automotive, in order to assure that our customer parts are designed and produced optimally.
In addition, Auxiliares Onil maintains a tight relationship with Technological Institutes such as AIJU, including this way the possibility of testing and product certification in our portfolio.
Tool & Die Making
Taking into account the continuous changes in competitiveness and integration, in Auxiliares Onil S.L. we carry out a constant research to develop new materials and designs.
